Albino Guerra Oral History, 1987
Albino was born April 18, 1922 in San Carlos Ranch, TX. He died June 5, 2016 in Edinburg, TX. He is the son of the late Florencio and the late Sara (Saenz) Guerra. He was a veteran of the US Army, proudly serving in France during World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Esperanza Gonzalez De Guerra on 3/21/2009.

Cosme Casares Munoz was born in 1915 in McAllen, Texas. He talks about the first schools in McAllen, Los Rinches, Texas Rangers, and Los Indiciosos, why they hung 30 people in Alamo, Texas, laborers, and camps of soldiers in 1919. Tells of a train trip into the Valley stopped because of sand drifting across the tracks.
