Alfonso Rene Ramirez Oral History, 1987
Alfonso Rene Ramirez was born in 1923 in Edinburg, Texas. He discusses where his family came from, what his parents did for a living, education, the Great Depression, families, sports he played in grade school, higher education in Edinburg, cultural arts in Edinburg, and what he studied.
Interview conducted by Douglas E. Erickson in 1987. Digital transfer completed on 22 July 2013 from the original analog cassette tape.
