Eric John Dube was born 04 December 1907. He tells an informative story about life in the McAllen area including visit of troops, character of Main Street, use of the Hidalgo-Reynosa Ferry, work in the Post Office. Tells of a train trip into the Valley stopped because of sand drifting across the tracks.
