Content Description 57 photographs and one negative. One photograph captioned to verso: "H.C.W.I.D. No. 4 Installing a 37.5 - 20 a the Highway relift. May 7th. 1925." Depicts installation of a steam shovel for a Hidalgo County Water Improvement District Project in South Texas, along the Rio Grande.
