UTRGV History Harvest
Scope and Contents
This is an ongoing collection combining History Harvests from both Edinburg and Brownsville campuses. The objective of these History Harvests is to create a community collection from the area's families documenting local, regional, and national history to be held at the UTRGV University Library and made available for research, teaching, and educational exhibitions.
Participants agree to give unconditional permission to publish items online. This collection consists of life in the Lower Rio Grande Valley and Northern Mexico. Agriculture, architecture, businesses, customs, festivities, maps, military, sports, and transportation in the Lower Rio Grande Valley are some of the most prominent subjects.

260 Items : The collection consists of 260 images provided by Brownsville residents who participated in the Brownsville History Harvest event held at the Brownsville Public Library Main Branch on September 27, 2014.
