Scope and Contents
Maria Cantu describes her early life at the rancho in Edinburg. She talks about her parents, sisters, brothers, crops, animals, funerals, women's role, clothing and compares the old time to the present. Interview conducted on 28 June 1987 by Guadalupe Torres. Digital transfer completed on 10 October 2013 from the analog cassette tape. Poor quality recording.
