Folder contains handwritten notes and official warranty deed documentation between the Jackson family and John Closner, including: 1) two notes in pencil on small pieces of paper (1891, 1892); 2) a real estate document transferring land to John Closner signed by members of the Jackson family and recorded in Hidalgo County (1899); 3) a real estate document transferring land to Bloomber and Raphael signed by Eli Jackson and recorded in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties (1892); 4) a letter (Spanish) signed by Salvador Cavazos and Juan Garcia Anzaldua (1862); 5) a typed document transfering land to John Closner, signed by Jackson family members and recorded in Hidalgo County (1903).
